Excel crashes with access violation

I have the full Dr. Watson log error.... Exception #:
C0000005 (access violation) with a ton of other garbage I
can't decifer. Can anyone help on reading these?

You are unlikely to get a reply with this small amount of data (No idea what
you are doing when this occurs, No module number and no excel version,
patches, etc). One route you might take is to go to ms's knowledge base

Select your Excel version and type in the early relevant parts of the error
or, type in the symptoms that cause the error
