Dr. Watson Error Event ID 4097

I receive an excel has generated an error and will be
closing dialog box when opening a particular file. The
event viewer has a Dr. watson error with event ID 4097.
The message is "The application, , generated an
application error The error occurred on 10/28/2003 @
13:25:15.656 The exception generated was c0000005 at
address 308D03A5 (memmove)".
