When I try to download stuff or defragment the computer
etc...it pops up that I do not have access to do so and
must ask permission from the administrator...something
about the security on here. Pls help
 
If your running XP, sounds like you are using a limited account. You need
admin rights to run downloaded files to to preform system changes/maintance.
