Downloading problems

I have Windows ME, IE6 and a Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical
installed. Up until recently I have been able to
download from the Internet without any trouble, ie. midi
files etc. Now I find that the functions associated with
the right button of the mouse won't operate correctly,
that is 'Save target as', 'Print target', 'Cut', 'Copy'
and 'Paste'. They are all 'greyed' out and will not do
what they are supposed to do.

I have downloaded an upgrade patch for the mouse, re-
installed Windows ME and and IE6 but these functions still
will not work.

Can anybody assist, please.
