downloading problems

i am having donwloading problems, i can't save any files that i try to download from the internet to my hard drive, when i click on a downloading link it brings up a window but i can't click save or anyting, it is a normal window like when you click on my computer, please help me with my problem. Thank You!

Hi Steven,

Do you have an anti-virus program? Update and run it. I don't know that the
problem is there but, it is a good place to start. Download, install, update
and run the following *free* spyware removal tools.

Spybot S&D

If this does not take care of the problem, post back to this thread and let
