Hi Kirsty,
Have you tried turning on the WinXP firewall. It is sufferable for
blocking outside intrusions.
Once you have done that, run virus and ad/spy-ware scans. At that
point you should be able to download again.
Go to ZoneLabs and download the free version of ZoneAlarm.
If you still can't download after the scans, write and let us know
what error you get.

I need a firewall. But my computer wont let me download anything, so i cant
get one. I have recently had quite alot of viruses and they keep coming back
if i dont get one.
Can someone help me with this problem.
