I am a member of several MSN groups and we deal primarily with animated signatures. These include the use of noise, sparkles, tubes, animation, etc. For some reason, my Windows XP keeps going back to showing them to ME only as bitmaps.. even though the people who are making them are saving them as jpg... or another term that escapes me at this moment. Ordinarily, I can SEE as well as SAVE these the same as they are sending them or displaying them to me. But in the past 48 hours, they are again showing up only as bitmaps. This is extremely frustrating. How do I fix this problem? This is the 2nd time I've experienced this problem. the first time.. I finally went to the help area and sent my computer "back in time" to a point before the problem happened. That worked for a couple of weeks... but I'm back in the same boat once again. As a collector of these animated signatures, this function is extremely important to me. Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do? I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!
