I have been trying to download the messages in my Gmail server onto my
computer so that I am able to read them using Outlook 2003. I have
followed all the instructions and still receive the following error
message in Outlook 2003.

Task 'pop.mail.com - Receiving' reported error (0x80040900) : 'The
server name you entered can not be found on the network (it might be
down temporarily). Please verify that you are online and that the
server name is correct.'

Please help!!!!

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
