downloading a patch?

I previously posted a question regarding an error message I was getting when
I was trying to connect my Ipaq pocket pc. The message said that i needed a
hotfix source file and had the code kb890927 with it. Someone responded and
told me to download a patch from the windows website. I tried but could not
find what I was looking for. Anyone have any idea exactly where I can find a
patch or solution for this problem?
