From the MS Update site I presume?
If so, go to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers - if you
must. Are the devices showing signs of needing updated drivers? If not,
why get new drivers?

If the devices are still working because the install failed then leave as
is.
If they are not "Never use MS Update for any driver updates"
Always go to the PC Manufacture's web site of the manufacture of the device.

I had a problem with .net update this was the fix you can try the cleanup
tool to solve your problem.
1. Download and install the 'Windows Installer Clean up Utility' from the
link given below:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe

2. Then, 'Run' it. To do so, click on 'Start', point to 'All Programs'.
Click on 'Windows Install Clean Up'.

3. Please delete all listed '.NET Framework related programs.

4. Use 'Add/ Remove Program' to remove '.Net Framework from the computer.

In your case delete the two updates that you are trying to install then just
download and reinstall
