Download / Upload Speed Monitor?

Hi, I really like the 'Statistics' panel in eMule, the graph of download and
upload speeds and connections is very useful. I was wondering if anyone knew
of a program that just did only that, without having to be hooked up to the
Torrent.
Thanks, I searched for it here in discussions but didn't really find an

Windows has one built in. Look at the Task Manager>Networking.
