Network activity monitor - dockable

I am looking for a dockable network activity monitor for XP. It must be very
simple, all I want is the download and upload speeds. Something like the KDE
KNetDockApp applet. My wife's XP has two blue cubes but they show only if the
network has traffic, not the speed.
