Download updates?

Is there a page where I can download Windows XP updates for someone that
doesn't have a fast internet connection?

Step 1. Goto http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

Step 2. Click on "Personalize Windows Update".
Step 3. Check "Display the link to the Windows Update Catalog under "See
Also". Click "Save Settings".
Step 4. Under "See Also", you can now get the "Windows Update Catalog" link.
Step 5. Choose the OS and add hotfixes to your "Download Basket".

Between step 4 and 5 do "find updates". I got to the download basket, then
it wouldn't download, saying that the folder doesn't exist (it does) or I
don't have permission to write to it (I do). And it gave error 0x800A138F
