download trial version

I checked the MS site for a link to download a trial version of XP Pro. I
didnt find one. Is there such an animal? I need to it education/ MS
Certification purposes.

This may be beyond the bounds of legality, but...
If you know someone who would lend you an XP Pro disk, you could arrange
your own DIY "trial version," since you have 30 days to activate the XP OS
before it dies. Would 30 days be enough?

No their is not a trial for download.

I don't think there is a trial period or download for XP Pro....come to
think of it... I don't think there's a trial period for any windows
platform.

Not True. Windows XP Embedded and Windows Server 2003 both have trials for
download.

On the UK Microsoft site, you can order a 60-day trial of Windows XP (Pro I
think) from this page:

Not sure if you are in the UK though, so it may not be much use. I did have
a look around the US site, but couldn't find anything suitable.
