Download Problem

With one PC unable to download some files from web pages.
Using another PC and IE6 with same settings, able to
download same file that other would not. Weird!

Have used IE6 Setup file to re-establsh IE6 on machine and
still have same problem. Any ideas?

Files able to download:
From MS downloads library. Such as from Windows Update
 
What happens when you try?
What file type?
(.exe, .zip ?)
