Hi, I am having difficulty downloading files sent via
email. When i come to the screen where i can 'Download
File', i click on that link and then another browser
opens up asking me for my password. when i enter my
password, i come back to my mail box. so why is it that i
cant download anything?
I am using Windows XP, but im not sure which version of
MSN.
i have google's pop up blocker running and also another
popup stopper, but i have try disbaling both, but still
with the same result.
