Download problem after installing SP2

Hello all,

After I installed SP2, I am having problem downloading from ALL the sites
that I have no problems with just before the installation.

When clicked on a link to download before, it prompted me for a lcocation to
save the file, after installtion, it didn't prompt me, but showa me a Zip
file window of the file it had downloaded after finished downloading.
When I tried to download using "Save Target As...", an error message said
that it can't download from and can't open this website, which I know it's
absolutely not true because when I click the download link, it will download,
but it simply doesn't prompt me to save to a location. And there's no option
on that "Zip window" for me to save the file.

Help!

I have a feeling that my problem has nothing to do with pop-up blocker because:

1. It's working now as far as prompting me to save a file to a location
after clicking a download link. I did absolutely nothing between the time I
post my question and now, except closing a few windows. I have about 30
windows openned before, now I have about 12.

2. The pop-up blocker message or the pop-up icon in the status bar never
appeared in any stage. It's no big deal that I can't download using "Save
Target As..", but it may be a symptom of a deep and/or bigger problem.
Something to do with incorrect configuration, perhaps.

3. These websites that I downloaded many times have no pop-ups.
