Using a W2K Pro box and getting the following message at
startup. Please assist in removing it.

SHORTCUT 'DOWNLOAD PLUS.INK' REFERS TO IS UNAVAILABLE.
MAKE SURE THAT THE DISK IS PROPERLY INSERTED OR THE
NETWORK RESOURCE IS AVAILABLE AND THEN TRY AGAIN.

In Explorer, check My Network Places for just such a network connection, or
under My Computer for a drive mapped to this. If it is a network connection
under My Network Places, select it, and either from the context menu (via
right-clicking or the context menu key) or the File pull down menu, choose
delete. If it is a mapped drive, similarly choose Disconnect.

I checked the places advised below but it doesn't exist.

Try "Start", "Programs", "Startup" and if the bugger is in there R-click
it and select "Delete"
