our download manager appears to be damaged, how can l restore it? is it part
of windows or is it found elsewhere. l cannot update it as it is dmaged

Whats the name of you download manager software? Try googling and you will
find the site where its located.

Windows XP does not have a download manager. Could you mean the Download
Manager provided by MSN Explorer? If so, you can get assistance with this
issue at http://support.msn.com/.
