Download help

We purchased the disc so we could download films and music on to our pc,we installedit all ,but when we try to use it ,it says cannot find re-writer drive ,also one of the drawers were you put the disc in the tower won't open ,could this be why we can't get it working.

We have 2 drives one is showing when you click the computer icon and ones not ,one of the drawers on the tower opens and one doesn't .

Anybody been inside the PC?

if so, I think you may have to open the case and see if they both have power connected.
