Download Failures

Sorry if this is a repeat, but only recently (since installing SP2) every
time I try to download something through IE, my internet connection gets
severed. This even included trying to contact the MS service ept. via their
web site. Any suggestions?

Look at the "pop up blocker" bar right above the web page. Click it to
download file.
