download error

When i go download i get a error saying (error creating process
<C:\Docume~1\User~1\Locals~1\Temp\IXPooo.Temp\MSOCsetup exe>reason cant not
find path to specified file What does that mean or
what can i down about the new help
 
Maybe your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
