Download appended files automatically

Hello,
Does anyone know how to download an appended
file to the local filesystem automatically when
the mail has arrived ?
Is it possible thru Outlook-Macro´s ?

Sounds dangerous to me, what if one of the files is a virus?

Microsoft have worked hard to try and stop attachments doing things
automatically because of virus issues. Outlook now blocks certain file types
as well.
