When I downloaded windows 2000-KB823980-86-ENU(1).Exe file
I got an error message: "Windows 2000-KB823980-86-ENU
(1).Exe file is linked to missing export
NTDLL.DLL:Ntshutdown System" and another Message "Error
starting Program C:\Windows\Local\Temp.Internet
files\content.IE591K3450P" What did I do wrong? What
should I do now?

Are you sure you've got a W2K or XP-box? W9x and ME are not affected by this
worm.
