Downgrading IE 6.6 to IE 5.5

Is it possible to downgrade from IE 6.0 to Ie 5.5. If so
please let me know the steps.

The only way you can do that is by removing IE 6 and
installing ver 5.5

You can still find ver 5.5 on the Microsoft IE update site.

I would try to correct any problems first. Unless you are
using a program that is not compatible.

Hi Anand,

If IE 6 isn't listed in Add/Remove programs (that is, if it came with
your version of Windows) I guess you're out of luck. IE5.5 is in
extended support now (see
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/support/ie55exsupport.asp) cannot
be downloaded any more.
