Downgrading from Ultimate to Premiun

I just pruchased a new DELL computer with XP installed and I am wondering if
I could install a copy of ultimate that I purchased onto the new DELL. The
ultimate version is already installed on my old computer. I purchased 2
additioanl keys via the family discount program and I want to change the old
computer that has ultimate installed to one of the premiums. Can I do this by
just changing the product key?

Maybe someone should inform you. Ultimate is Home Premium, but with more,
not less.

No, You can not change it by chaning the product key only. For downgrading
Ultimate to Premium you will have to do a clean install.
