You will need to format the drive and start over. Put the Win2k cd in
the drive (iirc it is bootable) and delete the WinXP partition and
create a new one for Win2k. Understand that all programs will need to
be reinstalled, along with the proper drivers for Win2k. Restore your
data to the new installation from backup.
