downgrade service pack?

I recently upgraded to windows 2000 pro on my laptop.
When I did it messed up the infrared interface with my
cell phone. Nokia told me that I have to get down to
service pack 2 in order for it to work properly. How do I
do that (remove service pack 4 & 3)?????

Unless you backed up the sys files when you installed SP3, the only way is
to reinstall Windows.
