Can you help please when I download some sites some parts of the page
are just a plain blue blank for example if I download google the
heading GOOGLE is just a plain blue oblong. what can I go into to
rectify .

Don't delete the folder that comes along with the *.htm file. If you move
the *.htm file, move the folder also.

Better yet, make sure Show and manage the pair as a single file is selected
in Folder Options.

Open Folder Options...
Start | Run | Type: control folders | Click OK |

The first option is the default.

If have Microsoft Office installed, you can choose the other two
alternatives to the default behavior:
