Double Win2k install

After upgrading from Win98 to Win2k, some hardware would
not work. I meant to re-install Win2k with a "clean"
install, but apparently installed a new copy side by side
with the upgrade. How can I un-install the 2nd copy?
 
if you want a clean install boot from the 2000 disk and
follow the steps.
