double signature in my emails

I have created a signature for my work and when I try to open for a new email
I recieve a double signature, the second one is not in my signature list so I
cant delete it! I am on an exchange server please help (ps doesnt do it when
I reply or forward. I have tried to delete all sigs and start fresh but no
fixes. Thanks in advance
