Then uninstall your antivirus program, reboot, and try Windows Mail
again. If it still sends double messages, create a new email account
with the same settings as the existing account, then delete the
existing account. Restart Windows Mail, and it should work now.
After you get your email working again, you will need to install
a non-intrusive antivirus program such as the free AVG or Avast.
Whichever antivirus program you use, be sure to NOT enable its
email scanning option.
