Double emails being received

I have 2 accounts attached to outlook - my personal one and my business one.
I am receiving duplicate emails on the business side, no issue on the
personal side. My ISP claims it is not a problem there.- test emails to the
business account are OK. I have had 2 accounts for many years and the issue
of doubles has only arisen in the past few weeks.
