I have an old dos program that is better than any new program. Can I
use it with Windows XP? It is a 16bit program

Thanks

Better how?

Nobody can tell you if you don't tell us what it is. Some DOS
programs work fine with XP, others don't work at all.

Why not just try it. There's nothing to lose by trying.

The most important question is did the programs run ok of a previous version
of Windows. If so go to the properties section of the program (right click)
and click on compatibility and set it up to run as if it was on your
previous version of Windows.

I run 3 dos programs in Windows XP. Shouldn't be any problem for you.

Good luck.
