Doom 3 secret place in game...

Just before getting to the Big boss at the very end of the game there is a place mark with an (ID)
logo.

Strangely in that place you will find a pda with all sort of e-mail from the programmers and
designer of the game...

Original Wolfenstein had something like that. If you
were stubborn enough to knock over about 200 barriers,
you would come to a note from the company saying
to phone in and say the word "???.. I don't remember"
I was never able to duplicate that again. Anyway, you
got a prize from the company.

Was that the weird room that was nothing but doors and took up about
3/4 of the map ?
