Don't want MSN as my browser window home page

For a couple of years I have opened the IE Browser Window as "About Blank".
Now suddenly the MSN home page overrides the "Use Blank" setting and opens
in the IE Browser Window about half the time. I keep going to tools,
options and changing it back to "Use Blank" but MSN keeps interfering. Is
there something I can do about this?

Open the registry and search for "msn.com" or whatever. There should be a
few instances of it; delete them or replace with your values. Of course,
backup registry etc etc.

Next time you run Adaware, set up an exclusion for about:blank.

Set another web site, say Google, as your home page. MSN
will not interfere with this setting.
