Don't have Administrator Group on Ribbon Bar

This is my first time opening Access 2007, and didn't work much with other
versions. I have a book that tells me to set up users by click on the Users
and Group Accounts from Users and Permissions in the Administrator Group on
the ribbon bar. I don't have this group - can someone please tell me how to
get this on my ribbon bar?

Double check your book because security does not exist in Access 2007
format. You would need to create security in .MDB format and retain that
format while using Access 2007. Perhaps your book is for Access 2003 or
below?
