Please I need more help - I ran Ad-aware, Spybot, HiJack,
and CWShredder and cleaned up my system with 665 crtical
files to delete and clean but my internet explorer icon
still comes up with 'Windows Explorer has encountered a
problem and must close. Sorry for the inconv... My detail
error says it's with program iexplore.exe and some other
info. Do you know of anything else I can run or do to get
this IE working??? I appreciate all your help!!

If a repair doesn't help go to
http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm Work through steps 1-3, then post a
HijackThis log for analysis (step 4.)
Be patient- they're busy.

In case a legitimate program is causing problems with IE, you might try the
"clean boot" troubleshooting procedure.

Basically, disable programs which run in the background to see of one of
them is causing the problem.
