Question: I currently run a Windows NT network with a few new XP users. If I
have the XP users log into the domain, they are all lumped together with no
apparent way of separating theminto their respective groups, ie accounting,
HR, etc. If, however, I have them log into their specific workgroup, then
they can be sorted according. Is there a way to have the XP users log into
the domain and still be able to be separated? Having all users lumped
together makes searching for specific users difficult. Thanks in advance for
any info ..

.
You could upgrade your NT PDC to 2K. Active Directory
addresses this very issue, and AD client software is
downloadable for your other pre-2K machines. But you
probably want to do some checking first on the potential
problems. Good luck.
