Domain Not Accessible

DO

I login to my domain, I go to My Network Places,
Microsoft Windows Network, I see my domain, I click on it
and it does not let me in. I've logged in but I cannot
search my domain. Why?

Have you asked your administrator whether he/she's set up permissions
properly?
