Is there an easy way to login to the Domain after Windows
logs into the machine locally?

The machine does not have network connectivity until after
it is in windows.

Any ideas?

Log off and then on again?

Do you mean that you don't see a loginbox after booting? Go to Control
Panel, Users and Groups, tab Advanced, and check the 'users must use
Ctrl-Alt-Del to login'.

Network connectivity to the domain is not available until
after we are already in windows (through a VPN connection).

This is primarily for users who are remote and have joined
the domain, but not logged in yet. The creditials do not
get cached until they have logged in once, but they can't
login to the domain when the windows login pops up because
the domain controller is not available.

The work around is to have the VPN client set to pop up
immediately after the Windows login, but was curious if we
could login after windows was up.

Kind of like the Novell Login is available after in
windows?
