domain hoster wont allow user self registration!

Hi, Am fairly new to using frontpage 2003. What kind of
hosting package do i need that will allow me to set up
user self registration as i want to start my own
subscription web site. My domain is hosted by
www.1and1.co.uk but they have not been too helpful so far.

Only non-windows hosts (usually Unix) support self registration
- but it is not meant for a subscription service

Many thanks for that. You will have to excuse my
ignorance.. But are there any sites out there that have
a 'how to guide' or tutorial on setting up a subscription
web site in frontpage. I am itching to get started. All i
lack is talent and ability!
