Domain Conflict??

I have a forest created for a Windows 2000 domain and need
to add another domain in that forest. However, there
exists a NT4 domain with the same name. Example:

Domain1.net - Mixed mode Active Directory
Domain2net - NT4 Domain (NOT Active Directory)

Want to add into the mix:

Domain2.net - Native Mode Active Directory

Is there going to be a confict between the NT4 Domain and
the Native Mode AD domain?

No. The only problem would be if your NT4 NetBios domain name would be the
same as Domain2.net NetBios (not DNS) domain name. dcpromo would refuse to
continue if it detects the same NetBios domain name.
