Does Outlook have an INI file that saves all preferences?

Hi all! I'm a 39 year old techie and just got a new pc that (unfortunately)
runs Windows Vista Home Basic. Since I'm still in play mode, getting to
know the new OS, I've reinstalled it clean several times, and that I don't
mind. What I DO mind is having to set up all my preferences in Outlook over
and over again. I already know how to import/export my rules, email
accounts, etc. but it's the fine tuning that I don't want to do repeatedly.

Does anyone here know if there's an INI file for Outlook 2003 that I can
access and backup so that I don't have to go through fine tuning my
preferences over and over again, such as my defined views, calendar options,
journal options, advanced preferences, etc.?

Thank you in advance for any info at all.

Take a peek at the Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard and the INI file
(OPW11USR.INI) it uses.

Thank you, Neo. You hit it right on the head first time. I appreciate it.
I have to change my display name now to No Longer Pissed About Outlook!
