E-Mails Pop-Up Outlook

I'm running Vista 64 bit Ultimate with Outlook 2003 and some e-mails cause
Outlook to pop-up from background. How can I set preference so that e-mails
don't pop-up over the screen I want to watch.

You mean the entire main Outlook window will bring itself to the foreground?
This usually happens because of some addin that you have installed. Disable
them all and see if it still happens. Then enable them one-by-one to find
the culprit.

I disabled all the add-ins and COMs, but Outlook stills comes to the
foreground, but not quite as often. Is there anything else that could be
doing this.

I have deselected all the COMs and add-ins, but Outlook still comes to the
foreground upon some e-mail receipts.
