Does Outlook allow private Inboxes for different email accounts?

When I open Outlook, it opens to an Inbox. Can I have separate Inboxes for 2
or 3 different email accounts? In other words, can 2 people use one Outlook
program (on one computer) and not have access to each other's Inbox? (I'm
not talking about having multiple accounts come into one Inbox and have it
Arranged By email address). Is there a way for separation of email accounts
completely?

Right click on your inbox1, inbox2 directories where you received the
mails from the different email accounts (thanks to a rule).
In the directory's properties, there is an option under the
"administration" tab which should work. Bye

Set up seperate profiles for each user, add only their email account in
their profile.
If neccessary password protect the individual pst's
