How can I setup 2 different email accounts in Outlook2003 to send
messages to 2 different inboxes in 2 different Personal folders. I do
not want just 2 different inboxes, or 2 different profiles, but want
to be able to have 2 different personal folders on the left hand
navigation in outlook. I tried creating 2 different personal folders ,
but when I change the deliver options it is all or nothing the email
for both accounts go to the same inbox. How can I separate this?

Thanks!

Don't change the delivery options, that won't work as you have discovered.
Just set up a Rule to move the incoming mail on one of the accounts to the
other Personal Folders Inbox....

I want to be able to use all the features of both personal folders. So
if I send an email from account 1 it puts it in the Sent folder of
Personal Folder 1 and if I send an email from account 2 it puts it in
the Sent folder of Personal Folder 2. If I do a rule, sure the mail
comes into the correct inbox, but sent items all show up in just 1 of
the personal folders. Is there not a way to have a multiple Personal
Folders linked to different email addresses without doing rules?

No. Outlook can only have ONE default delivery location. You will need to
use rules on both received and sent mails to do what you want.
Alternatively, look at Mozilla Thunderbird - that allows you to do what you
want, and now has a very good calendar add-in as well....
