does Outlook 2007 support video email like v2003 did?

outlook 2003 offered an add-in app for utilizing video email features.

since i upgraded to outlook2007 cannot access previous files or use this
service anymore.

any suggestions or tips appreciated!

I don't believe it gained wide usage and outlook 2007 doesn't use IE to
render email so security is tighter, limited the ability to use embedded
content.
