Does Outlook 2000 have auto-responder?

Have Outlook 2000, does it have auto-responder, ie. for when we are on
vacation etc.? Also trying to capture e-mail addresses for my address
book....says to right click on the "from" and add to contact....mine has not
got that or am I doing something wrong?
