Does anyone using WebMail have hangs on send with attachments?

We have a user that uses our WebMail access and anytime he tries to send a
message with an attachment around or over 100k, the process hangs and keeps
asking for his login and password or will completely lock up until he ends
the process with Task Manager. Has anyone else ever had this problem? If
so, have you found a fix?

What is hanging? Internet Explorer?

Note that OWA is part of Exchange, not Outlook. Exchange.clients is the
right newsgroup for this.

Does OWA work correctly for anyone else and for that user on a different
computer? In that case I would troubleshoot IE instead.
